Interns must be available to work in our NEW YORK CITY  studios, 2 days per week starting at 5 AM until approximately 2 PM. You must be in to pop culture and be fun and VERY outgoing. No, really. Ask someone if you are fun. If they say no, then trust them.

Hi everyone! My name is Nicole, and I am a new intern here at the morning show. I am beyond excited to have this position. I am having so much fun already and it is only my fourth week here! Everyone is so genuine and friendly, and I am not just saying this to kiss up to anyone. I really feel like a part of the show and everything that goes on. I never thought that I would be able to wake up at 4am and be at work by 5am. I can honestly say that now I don’t mind doing it all. I am actually in a good mood when I wake up the early, and I’m ready to start the day!

I have to share with you an experience that I had recently on the show. I’m sure you all know the Gangnam Style video. Well, everyone from the morning show decided to do a spoof of the video. They all dressed up in suit jackets and bowties and learned the dance (or at least tried to). The production of this video was one of the funniest things I have ever seen in my life. The girls got the dance down to a science. They all looked awesome. The guys didn't have as much luck, but they put in a great effort. Watching them try to dance like the girls was hilarious. We also went outside to film some parts of the video. They were dancing in the streets, barely avoiding getting hit by cars, and making people all around them laugh. It was really just such a fun experience.

That same day, Kevin Jonas was near our studio. We all went to go say hi to him and his beautiful wife Danielle. It was amazing. The hardest part was trying to pretend that I wasn’t totally obsessed with the Jonas Brothers for like three years of my life (which I totally was and am not ashamed to say it). I kind of still am obsessed, but shh don’t tell anyone. Anyway, I composed myself as best as I could, and I don’t think I freaked Kevin out at all!

I honestly love interning for Elvis Duran and the Morning Show. I am learning so much, having so much fun, and forming great relationships. Maybe I can intern again next semester, and the semester after, and then work here… Okay, I am getting way too ahead of myself and a bit overexcited. So here is where I will end this blog to avoid saying anything else that is stupid. Until next time, enjoy your fabulous life everyone!
