Do you want to learn first hand how a morning show comes together, from one of the most successful morning shows in the country?

***YOU MUST BE ABLE TO RECEIVE COLLEGE CREDIT AND SHOW PROOF OF THAT CREDIT IN ORDER TO BE AN INTERN. NO EXCEPTIONS*****

****You must be in the New York City area for the full semester with early morning access to get to our studios ****

For consideration, please submit a resume with a cover letter. The cover letter should explain which internship type or types your are applying for, why you want to intern for our morning show, and why you think you would be a good intern. Email resume and cover letter to Intern@elvisduran.com

Interns must be available to work in our NEW YORK CITY  studios, 2 days per week starting at 5 AM until approximately 2 PM. You must be in to pop culture and be fun and VERY outgoing. No, really. Ask someone if you are fun. If they say no, then trust them.

HI EVERYONE!!

I am so sad that this is my last intern blog with Elvis Duran and the Morning Show! You don’t understand how amazing this experience has been. Let me take you thru a quick recap of my experience here.

Okay, so lets begin with the day I got on air for knowing a freaky girl with a tapeworm in her brain! The conversation escalated to talking about my fake glasses and of course my boobs. This was the day I got my nickname as: Chelsea the big hOOted intern!! Haha it still cracks me up every time!

I also want to mention the SECOND time I got on air. It was legit a whole 15 minute segment on my boobs!! My hoots got their 15 minutes of fame. I got so many followers on twitter and people so fascinated by me. Its freakin awesome!

But the coolest part about my internship was getting to work with the Morning Show. Honestly, EVERYONE here has been nothing but amazing and so genuine. They have all helped me out in more than one way. The learning experience I gained here at Elvis Duran and the Morning Show was something I will never forget. I am so proud of myself for starting off with not much experience and leaving with a TON of helpful skills to carry on in my future!

The Morning Show was the best thing that has seriously ever happened to me. Am I being dramatic?! Shoot…I think not. This was the best summer of my life! Interacting with everyone here and meeting some very talented people who are so sincere and sweet has been the best! I cant believe my time here is coming to an end, but I really want to thank everyone here at the show was has been apart of my journey here!

Whats next for me? Im getting ready to take on my Junior year at Syracuse University and get closer to my dreams little by little every day! This may be my last intern blog, but definitely not the last of me! I have a great desire to make it BIG one day and Im so happy to say that I was once apart of Elvis Duran and the Morning show! Im gonna miss this whole experience so much! Waking up at 4am,talking to some hilarious callers and hanging out with the Morning crew!

Thank you so much everyone for everything and watch out because I, Chelsea the Big Hooted Intern, am going to do my best to make it big into this industry!!
