CARLA MARIE:

Kathleen and I decided to start this way before we actually did. It was sometime after the billionth time that one of us said, " oh my god did you see this!?"  As one of us were excitedly pointing to our computer screen. It was either a new website, clothing line, viral video, celebrity picture, wedding dress, something crafty, something to waste our time on, but something that was so totally worth it.  Kathleen is WAY more craftier and creative than I am, but I have such a love and obsession for fashion, crafts, and anything interesting I come across on the internet, that it doesn't matter if I can pull off a stylish outfit or craft a cool ornament, I just love it and that's all that matters!  We have totally different styles in all aspects of life and creativity but at the end of the day it works perfectly together. In this process, we've learned so much, not only about the cool stuff that we've found but about each other!  We hope you enjoy everything we discover together as much as we do!

KATHLEEN:

When Carla approached me about starting a blog where we could talk about fashion, beauty and basically all the cool stuff we find when spending hours upon hours on the Internet everyday I jumped out of my chair with glee! Before I was a web girl , I was a fashion girl. I actually spent years interning in the fashion industry before realizing I was more talented at web design than I was at steaming clothes and organizing fashion mag storyboards. One of the things I look forward to the most is exploring styles other than my own natural aesthetic. Carla Marie and I often like the same clothes/make-up/home décor, but she spins it in a way I would never think to wear. I’m hoping some of Carla Marie’s natural edginess rubs off on me! So happy that y’all can come along for the ride with us!
